44% of Americans Are “Chronically Underslept” Because Of Their Job

According to a recent survey, 44% of Americans are “chronically underslept” because of their jobs. Out of those Americans, 50% of Houstonians say they lose sleep over work. (No wonder our drivers can’t stay in their lanes.) Only 13% of Americans say they NEVER miss out on sleep because of work.

According to a new survey, the top five things that keep us up are:

  1. Long hours
  2. Obsessing over a work issue
  3. Problems with a co-worker
  4. Worrying you’ll get fired
  5. Having a nightmare of a boss
