Let’s Conquer Children’s Cancer Together!

Join us as we celebrate and honor children from our community who have been affected by pediatric cancer. Every day, 36 children – or nearly two classrooms of students – are diagnosed with cancer. Seven of those children will lose their battle. The average age of diagnosis is six years old. More money is needed to fight children’s cancer and we need YOUR HELP!

100% of funds raised will be invested in the collaborative research efforts of the Children’s Oncology Group.

This glamorous event is the only Oscar® viewing party in Houston sanctioned by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy the 84th Annual Academy Awards® , simulcast live by ABC 13, as well as fine dining and wine, a vodka tasting, auctions, “paparazzi” photographers, favors, gaming, and an interactive contest to predict key Oscar® winners. The historic Houston Club will create an atmosphere of old school glamour and elegance that will make this evening an affair to remember in the fight against cancer.

How many muscles does it take to walk? One. Your Heart. The MDA Muscle Walk held to pay tribute to and raise funds for children and adults served by the Muscular Dystrophy Association will occur on February 18, 2012 at the Houston Galleria.
