Founded by Fred Walters, a former Catholic seminary student diagnosed with HIV in 1994, Expert Nutrition is an extension of his beliefs that one should serve those in need.
Enter Jackson Potts ii. Believing that a person should give freely to the world community no matter his or her material resources, 12-yr old Jackson offers what he has in greatest abundance: his photographer’s eye. The son of a photographer, Jackson began shooting at the age of 8. According to his father, Jackson began developing a style distinctly his own about a year ago.
His upcoming exhibition features abstract images Jackson shot on medium and large format film cameras, and then exposed, developed and printed in the darkroom himself. This will be the first collection created entirely by Jackson’s own hands, from idea to camera to gallery wall. Proceeds from photograph sales will contribute to his forthcoming Rock & Roll Portraits, a collection Jackson will use to fund a trip to Africa with Living Water International. Read more... |
