A month after hip surgery, Lady Gaga's doing just fine and is ready to continue work on her new album "ARTPOP."  Oh, and she's rolling around in this.  Nicer than any wheelchair that WE'LL ever get to ride in.  I just wish her hip wasn't "torn this way."  Get it?  TORN thi---yeah.  Moving on...
