I’ve been a fan of KRBE since I was 8, so being a KRBE DJ is a dream come true!
I’m proud to be an American – with Italian/ Russian blood!
Growing up, my Dad was always either playing his guitar and singing, or jamming out to the classics. Thus began my passion for music and I knew I wanted to work in the entertainment industry some day. I was a Radio/ TV & Film major at SFA in Nacogdoches (AXE ‘EM!), and then came right back to Houston to work for KRBE!
I’m a self-proclaimed movie buff. Despite going to film school, I’m not even close to being a movie snob. If it’s entertaining – I like it! You can often catch me at KRBE premieres.
I’m a big Patriots fan (parents are from Boston), but I’m also a huge H-town sports fan! Go Texans, Astros, Rockets, Aeros, & Dynamo!
I love having fun with my husband and friends! My favorite spot is Howl at the Moon – and yes, I do sing along! But I’ve got a nerdy (or as I like to say – quirky) side too – I’m a reader, and I watch SyFy shows. If you make fun of me though, I’ll kick your butt! And I can do it – I’ve been taking Krav Maga since 2008! Seriously though - I believe ALL women should have knowledge of self-defense.

Music: J.Lo, Usher, Ke$ha, Bruno Mars, 3 Doors Down, Fun., Katy Perry! Country faves – George Strait, Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean, Zac Brown Band, and some old school faves - Journey, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, & Pat Benatar!
Movies: Die Hard (all of them), Dirty Dancing, Dodgeball, The Phantom of the Opera, The Twilight Saga (no, I’m not ashamed to admit it), The Count of Monte Cristo, Pretty Woman, Moulin Rouge, Eurotrip, and about a million more! Did I mention I love movies?
TV: How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Psych, White Collar, Royal Pains, Sons of Anarchy, Bones, New Girl, & Persons of Interest (plus those SyFy shows mentioned above – Warehouse 13 and Merlin).
Restaurants: Rudy’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina, Kasra Persian Grill, Danton’s Gulf Coast Seafood Kitchen.
