Breaking News: Rapper Takeoff Killed in Houston

Takeoff, a rapper who, along with his uncle, Quavo, and his cousin, Offset, made up the Grammy-nominated rap trio Migos, was shot outside of a downtown Houston bowling alley in the early hours of Tuesday, November 1, 2022. 810 Billiards & Bowling, an entertainment venue near the House of Blues and the Four Seasons hotel, did have security guards, though none saw the shooting, which took place around 2:30 in the morning. 

Migos is known for their hit songs “Versace”, “Bad and Boujee”, and “motorsport (featuring Cardi B and Nicki Minaj)”, among others. Takeoff had recently joined forces with his uncle, Quavo, to release a joint album together just last month, entitled, “Only Built for Infinity Links.”
