The impossible has happened! Kim Cattrall will reprise her role as Samantha on the “Sex and the City” revival “And Just Like That,”. According to Variety (Photo courtesy of Craig Blankenhorn/Warner Bros./Courtesy Everett Collection), Cattrall shot her scene back in March in New York City without any of her co-stars. The scene is described as a phone conversation with Sarah Jessica Parker’s character Carrie Bradshaw.

This comes as a surprise given that back in 2016 Cattrall publicly announced that she would no longer be playing the iconic character. This decision led to a public fallout with Parker. The second season of “And Just Like That,” will premiere on June 22, but Cattrall’s scene will not air until the finale in August.
