THIS VALENTINE’S WEEKEND: All adult dogs and cats over 6 months old are $14 – with a whole adoption package including microchip, spay/neuter, most up-to-date vaccinations, free bag of Hill’s pet food, and a free post-adoption visit at any VCA Animal Hospital. To make things even better, adopters receive a red rose to celebrate and a Houston SPCA bandana.
